Key Objectives & Functions
• Corruption Prevention: Conducts Corruption Risk Assessments (CRAs) and manages Institutional Integrity Action Plans.
• Compliance & Enforcement: Monitors Asset Declarations, handles public or internal complaints (anonymously or identified), and manages conflicts of interest.
• Whistleblower Protection: Develops secure systems to report misconduct while protecting whistleblower confidentiality.
• CIABOC Collaboration: Liaises with the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) to refer findings or seek guidance.
• Operational Reform: Reviews rules and circulars to eliminate systemic bottlenecks.
