The "Citizen Mirror-2025" "Divisional Productivity Index 1.0" organized by the National Productivity Secretariat to measure and promote the productivity, innovation and public service efficiency of all Divisional Secretariats in the island was rated AAA, ranking 9th out of 30 Divisional Secretariats in Kurunegala District and 40th out of 340 Divisional Secretariats in the entire island.
